Neil William Rackers is a former American football placekicker who played for 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on August 16, 1976, in St. Louis, Missouri. Rackers played college football for the Illinois Fighting Illini. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft and also played for the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, and Washington Redskins. Rackers was one of the first kickers in the NFL to score two field goals of 55 yards or more in a single game. He was also the first kicker to score two 50+ yard field goals in one quarter. Rackers holds the NFL record for most field goals of 55 yards or more in one quarter (2) and most field goals of 50 yards or more in one game (3). His longest field goal was 57 yards
